Why not try this delicious (and easy!) dessert to compliment your Chinese food main course.
Caramelised Mango with Cocoa and Yoghurt
1 Fresh Mango cut into half with the stone and skin removed. Keep the skin whole
1 and a half tablespoon of soft brown sugar
A pot of Greek-style yoghurt
1. Preheat the grill to a medium setting.
2. Cube the mango and place back in skin halves and place onto a baking sheet. Sprinkle the brown sugar over and place under the grill for 6-7 minutes or till its golden brown.
3. Remove from the grill and serve with a dollop of yoghurt, dusted with cocoa powder and a sprig of fresh mint on top…delicious
